The Simpson Strong-Tie Light Engineered Strap 1000mm (LES10B10) is a lightweight yet high-strength solution for vertical and horizontal timber-to-masonry restraint. Manufactured from 1.5mm thick pre-galvanised steel, it features a 100mm bent end and formed edges that enhance rigidity and ease of installation. Designed to replace traditional 2.5mm straps, it offers equivalent performance at less than 40% of the weight. Fully compliant with BS EN 845-1 and CE marked, this strap is ideal for securing joists, rafters, and wall plates in roof and floor systems
