Description

The IG L1/S 150 Cavity Wall Lintel is a standard duty galvanised steel lintel engineered for cavity walls with widths between 150–165mm. Designed to support structural openings in residential and light commercial builds, it accommodates a 102mm outer leaf and 100mm inner leaf. Each lintel is manufactured to BS EN 10346:2009 standards and features integrated CFC-free polystyrene insulation to enhance thermal performance and reduce condensation. Available in lengths from 600mm to 4800mm, the range offers consistent fire resistance, corrosion protection, and load-bearing reliability across all sizes. All cut edges are treated, and lintels may be propped to accelerate installation.
