The Vista VE4 Wall Tie 250mm is a light-duty stainless steel tie designed for use in box-form domestic dwellings with cavity widths from 101–125mm. Classified as Type 4 under BS EN 845-1, it’s suitable for buildings up to 10m high on flat sites with wind speeds up to 27m/s. The tie features a multidrip design to prevent moisture transfer across the cavity and can be installed either way up. Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of over 60 years. Supplied in trade packs of 250, it’s ideal for large-scale residential projects.
