The Vista VE4 Wall Tie 250mm is a light-duty stainless steel tie designed for domestic dwellings with cavity widths from 101–125mm. Classified as Type 4 under BS EN 845-1, it’s suitable for buildings up to 10m high on flat sites with wind speeds up to 27m/s. Featuring a central multi-drip design, it effectively prevents moisture bridging across the cavity. Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of over 60 years. Supplied in compact packs of 50, it’s ideal for smaller projects or top-up requirements.
