The Vista VE4 Wall Tie 275mm is a light-duty stainless steel tie designed for domestic masonry cavity walls with widths from 126–150mm. Classified as Type 4 under BS EN 845-1, it’s suitable for buildings up to 10m high on flat sites with wind speeds up to 27m/s. This model features a unique double-drip design—exclusive to the 275mm size—ensuring moisture does not bridge the cavity and that a drip always sits in the clear space. Manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of over 60 years. Supplied in compact packs of 50, it’s ideal for smaller builds or top-up requirements.
