Everbuild Fire Mate Sealant – White (300ml) is a one-part, water-based intumescent acrylic sealant designed to prevent the passage of fire and smoke through joints and gaps in fire-rated structures. When exposed to heat above 125°C, it expands to form a fire-resistant char, offering up to 5 hours of fire protection. Suitable for sealing joints in fire walls, partitions, door frames, and around service penetrations, it also provides excellent acoustic insulation and is overpaintable once cured.
